Salesman

Highland patient Jerry Allsup recalls being an alarm company salesman in the 70s. He tells the story of trying to sell an expensive alarm system to legendary television producer Norman Lear. Allsup worked on Lear for days trying to sell him the system. One day he thought he finally had him and went in for the "hard close." What Lear told him he has never forgotten to this day.
